Team Meeting Week 1 for Task 5

Team Meeting for the First Week:

• We met up after college to discuss which roles each member of the team should take.
• After looking at the feedback we got from pitching our ideas, we decided to go ahead and use our second idea and make improvements to it to make it more 'simple' as the audience said.
• We discussed the specifications for our actors for example the photographer actor should be able to dress casual whilst the dark figure in the woods should be a tall person.
• We began to put the scenes of the film together in order to create a storyboard.
• We also began to plan the script of the film so we know what happens in each scene.
• As a group we came up with two possible locations for filming our idea, Hollow ponds & Epping Forest - we decided to meet up within the next week to find a suitable location to film.
• We began doing the risk assessments to analyse what could go wrong during filming and how we could prevent it.
• Discussed who we could use to act for us.
